Spectators’ Code of Conduct – Covid -19

ATFC have issued the following Code of Conduct

ATFC would like to issue the following Code of Conduct in relation to Covid-19, ahead of potential September pre season friendlies at the Impact Arena.

By purchasing a ticket to enter the Impact Arena, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct. This document sits alongside the Club’s ground rules and regulations.

In order to assist our staff and stewards and to help and protect you and your fellow spectators, you are requested to follow these guidelines:

• Please note that as potential aerosol droplets, smoking and vaping will be banned within the stadium.

• At all times and in all parts of the stadium, please observe social distancing guidelines and avoid close contact with others not in your social bubble.

• Arrive in good time to go through the necessary entry procedures.

• Make sure in advance that you know where your entry point is.

• Be aware that your temperature may be taken before entry.

• Be aware that some payments inside the ground may be contactless.

• If you need to access any of the ground’s amenities, such as toilets, food and drink outlets, check to see if any are not in use, and plan accordingly.

• Remain in your seat at all times wherever possible.

• If you need to leave your viewing position, wait for a time when the gangway is clear and follow the signs or steward’s guidance on which way to go.

• If you are seated, when moving past other spectators, to and from your seat, please avoid face-to-face contact with other spectators.

• If you are standing, please stay within your social bubble and remain aware of others around you at all times.

• Maintain good hand hygiene -use the sanitiser dispensers provided and avoid touching your face, or handles, railings wherever possible.

• Should you need to cough or sneeze, please remember to cover your mouth at these times.

• Avoid hugs, high fives and any contact with people who are not within your social bubble.

• Take care when shouting, singing or celebrating.

• If you are attending with other members of your social bubble, please ensure that they have read and understand these guidelines too.
