Reds head to Aggborough looking for fourth win on the spin

Alfreton Town head to Aggborough tomorrow afternoon looking for a fourth straight league win and potentially go second in the National League North, as we face Kidderminster, kick off is 3pm.

The Reds are in red hot form as we head to Kidderminster tomorrow afternoon and are one of the divisions early pace setters sitting in fourth in the table.

We registered a third straight league win on Bank Holiday Monday with a 2-0 success over Southport in a game which quality determined the outcome. After a tight first half which saw both sides cancel the other out and chances at a premium, the Reds took the lead thanks to Amari Morgan-Smith's fifth of the season as he sneaked in front of his man to finish in the box.

Amari then grabbed his sixth of the campaign five minutes later with a point blank header from Bobby Johnson's corner. It was another fantastic display from us which saw us dig in within the first period before hitting back in the second. Confidence will be sky high heading into tomorrow's game as we look to continue the winning run.

Our form at the Impact Arena has been sensational with the Reds unbeaten at home so far this season with three wins and a draw and just one goal conceded.

We head into tomorrow's fixture looking for a fourth straight league win and in turn looking for a second win on the spin away from home after last Saturday's first away win of the season at Guiseley in a 4-2 triumph. We'll also be looking to win at Aggborough for the second season running after last season's 0-1 win.

Kidderminster sit ninth in the table with ten points from seven games, they are three points and five places below us.

Their current playing record stands at: P7, W3, D1, L3.

It's been a tough start to the season for Kiddy who many have pitted to challenge this season but they do find themselves only a point outside the play off positions. The hosts will be aiming for back to back wins after a incredible 5-3 win at Kettering on Bank Holiday Monday after trailing 2-0 and 3-2 in the game to then run out 5-3 winners.

Home form for Kiddy has been a struggle with Harriers still looking for a first league win at home (D1, L2).

They'll be looking to avoid a third straight defeat at Aggborough tomorrow after wins for Gloucester and Chester in their last two home games.
