With no segregation in place for this fixture, supporters are able to enter either through the main entrance at Bentley Close, just off North Street, or at the Alma Street turnstiles at the opposite end of the arena.

Admission prices are as follows:
Cash at the turnstile
£7.50 - Adults, (22+)
£5.00 - 65+ and 16-21 age groups
£2.50 - 12-15* age groups
*Children under the age of 16 may enter for free if accompanied by a paying adult
Digital Tickets are the same admission price + a booking fee of £1.03 (£7.50), £0.89 (£5.00) and £0.74 (£2.50).
50% of the booking fee will be passed on to a local charity, which has been chosen as The Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre.
Season Ticket Holders who donated the cost of their ticket to the club from last season can gain free entry by visiting reception and confirming your name which will be on the guest list. Please bring a form of ID if the receptionist does not recognize you.
The reds bar and food outlets will be open, before, during and after the match for a refreshing beverage to help cool down from the blazing sun!

All supporters must take note and adhere to the spectator code of conduct at all times. This can be found below
• Do not attend the fixture if you are isolating or have any symptoms of covid-19 such as a headache, high temperature or repetitive cough.
Spectator Code of Conduct
• In order to assist our staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow spectators, you are kindly requested to follow these guidelines.
• Arrive in good time to go through all entry procedures
• Make sure in advance that you know where your entry point is (refer to your ticket for further information)
• The wearing of face masks is encouraged but will not be enforced
• Please scan the QR code on the track and trace signage outside/inside the arena or in the absence of a smartphone, please sign in on the register at your designated entry point.
• If you need to access any of the ground’s toilets, please check to see which are the nearest to you
• If you do need to leave your viewing position, wait for a time when it is clear to do so.
• If you are in a seated area, when moving past other spectators, to and from your seat, please avoid face to face contact with other spectators
• Maintain good hand hygiene, use sanitizer stations provided and avoid touching your face whenever possible
• Please observe respiratory etiquette – always cover your mouth when needing to cough or sneeze.
• It is recommended that you take a lateral flow test to confirm you have tested negative for the covid-19 virus and ensure that if you have any symptoms such as a headache, high temperature, repetitive cough that you do not attend the arena.
• If using public transport to travel to the arena then please follow the latest guidance with regards to the wearing of masks
• Non-compliance of the spectator code of conduct will result in removal from the arena during the match and may lead to the ticket holder being banned from the stadium
