Alfreton Town Football Club and Alfreton Town Council proudly confirm that the 'Junior Alf Reds' will return for the 2025/26 campaign. This unique initiative grants home Under 18 supporters free entry to Alfreton Town FC league matches when accompanied by a paying adult.
This initiative covers all National League North home fixtures with immediate effect meaning U18 supporters can gain FREE entry to our first home league fixture versus Darlington on Saturday 16th August.
Memberships are available to gain from the ground at our upcoming pre-season friendly versus Stoke City and then at all games and office opening hours therefore after.
Councillor Hannah Jowett-Frost, Town Mayor, said: “We are proud to support the Junior Alf Reds initiative once again. It’s been fantastic to see so many young people engaged with their local club and becoming part of the matchday experience. This scheme offers more than just free entry—it provides a sense of belonging, community, and a positive alternative to anti-social behaviour. We’re excited to see it return for the new season.”
William Rush, Chairman of Alfreton Town FC, added: “We’re delighted to continue our strong partnership with Alfreton Town Council. Their support is instrumental in helping us grow our fanbase and make football more accessible to the next generation. We’re committed to creating a vibrant matchday environment where young fans and families feel at home.”
This is another example of the community benefitting from a strong relationship between club and council, something we will look to continue and build on in the future.
Together, let's make the Impact Arena the go-to place for families to create cherished memories.
