On signing for the club he had this to say, "Delighted to have signed for Alfreton Town. It’s a club i’ve always known of growing up, being from Mansfield. I've always kept an eye on the clubs results since playing against Alfreton in a pre season game and thought they were unlucky to just miss out in the play offs last season. As soon as I knew the gaffer was interested in me coming down it was a no brainer and have enjoyed the last few weeks i’ve been training and playing for Alfreton and excited for what’s to come this season!"
