The winners of the Second Qualifying Round replay between Alfreton Town and Spalding United tomorrow night will face a trip South to face Bedfordshire based Biggleswade Town FC in the Third qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup following the draw this afternoon.

Should the Reds prevail it would be brand new opposition for Alfreton with the fixture set to take place on the weekend of the 28th and 29th September 2024.

Biggleswade Town, nicknamed the Waders and founded back in 1874 ply their trade in the Southern League Premier League Central the same division as Spalding. Ironically they are set to be Spalding United`s league opposition on Saturday. They sit one place and one point better off than the Tulips in 20th place. They have beaten Harleston Town in a replay and Bowers and Pitsea 2-1 away from home in the last round so far in the competition.
