We would like to apologize for the issues experienced by supporters who had purchased a pass via a streaming platform for Saturday`s friendly with Sheffield Wednesday

Unfortunately there was a failure between ourselves and our streaming platform which meant supporters that purchased Match Passes to watch our pre-season fixture versus Sheffield Wednesday were unable to watch the game.

After approximately fifteen minutes, the match was then streamed onto YouTube to enable fans that watch the match for free.

We’re currently working with our streaming platform on issuing refunds.

Supporters that would like to request a refund should do via email to

If you requested a refund yesterday via email, there is no requirement to contact again.

The deadline for requesting a refund is Thursday 11th July.
