ATFC are once again running our hugely successful Christmas toy campaign and like in previous campaigns we are seeking help from both our supporters and the community to help the club with donations.

We are asking for new toys and gifts for children from birth to 16 years old, the following toys cannot be accepted:

Any type of toy gun - even water pistols
Toy knives and anything associated with war and violence.

The toys must have a current UK safety standard kite mark.

Last year’s toy campaign collected an amazing amount for the children of Alfreton and we can confirm every single present was received by the children, two days before Christmas.

Christmas can be a hard time for families especially with the current financial climate. Both unemployed and working families are regularly using food banks and charities to access food to feed their families.

Every donation of toys that is made will be distributed by Alfreton emergency social services and the food will be given to the South Normanton food bank and surrounding areas to ensure they reach the right people in need.

Besides the above items they are desperate for baby nappies, soap and deodorant.
